What Is Ace It Today?
Ace It Today is a mobile platform that helps parents and guardians find tutors for their children.
Parents can search for tutors according to their child’s grade, subject, language and location. Adult students aged 18 and older can also use the platform to find a tutor for themselves.
When the learner is under 18, the parent or guardian must create and manage the learner’s profile, communication and tutoring arrangements.
The app charges a monthly subscription fee of $2 to tutor and students are free, and users can only post pictures related to teaching or their subject. Users should not include personal identification information in their profiles.

Who Can Apply?
- Tutors are required to provide either:
- A teaching degree or recognised teaching qualification; or
- A degree or qualification in the field they intend to tutor.
The qualification document must be uploaded during the application process.
Ace It Today reviews the uploaded qualification before approving the tutor’s application.
How Ace it works?
Steps For Teacher/Tutor
Download Ace It Today
Download the app and select Tutor during registration. Click on registration on the landing page.
Create Your Account
Enter your personal and contact information and verify your email address.
Complete Your Tutor Profile
Add information such as:
• The subjects you teach.
• The grades you support.
• Your languages.
• Your location.
• Your tutoring rate.
• Your experience.
• A short introduction about yourself.
Upload Your Qualification
Upload the required qualification document for review.
Wait for Approval
The Ace It Today team will review the qualification document and application information. You will be notified once a decision has been made.
Activate Your Subscription
Once approved, activate your monthly subscription to use the platform. Pay the $2 subscription fee. Ace it administrators will review your information and notify you via email once you've been accepted. Log in with your email and password to access your dashboard, where you can search for students, view your student list, and chat with your students. Students can be searched by country, province, city, suburb, grade, and subject.

How Ace it works?
Steps for Students
Download the App
Download Ace It Today from Google Play or the Apple App Store.
Select “Student”
Choose Student as the account type. When creating a profile for a child, the parent or guardian must complete and manage the registration.
Complete the Learner Profile
Enter the required details, including:
• The learner’s grade.
• The subjects in which help is required.
• The preferred language.
• The learner’s general location.
• A short explanation of the tutoring support required.
View Tutor Matches
The app will display tutors who match the information in the learner’s profile. Review the available profiles before deciding who to contact.
Invite a Tutor
Send an invitation to the tutor you would like to connect with.
Start a Conversation
The tutor must accept the invitation before messaging becomes available. Once connected, use the app to discuss the learner’s needs and the tutoring arrangements.
